Jenny Tilley

Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer

I am a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I teach Spinning, and

Strength-N- Tone. I am also a TRX trainer and Tabata Bootcamp trainer. I love

working with my teams in our trainings and see them achieve the results and

make connections with others on our team. I enjoy working one on one with

people and love seeing them succeed with their goals and watch them get “the

Bug” for fitness. I love the connection and relationship that evolves from being a

part of a person’s fitness journey.

I enjoy spending time with my amazing husband and kids. I enjoy scrapbooking,

cooking, sewing, and working in my yard and garden!
