MASH-UP

Mash up is a mix of cardio and interval training with a combination of weight training for the upper and lower body. It is a class for any fitness level, that incorporates high energy aerobics with strength training and toning. It is a fun and energetic hour that is a "Mash-Up" of both high and low impact cardio with a wide variety of strength training.
