SPINNING AND SPRINT CLASS CHALLENGE WITH FREE BONUS CLASS ON OCTOBER 16TH 6:00 PM FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

Pick up your 10 punch SPINNING/SPRINT card at the front desk or from your fitness instructor. Each time you attend an EVENING SPINNING OR SPRINT class during the month of October your instructor will initial your card. When you have attended 10 classes you will receive the prize of your choice either an Impact Athletic blanket or water bottle.
LES MILLS SPRINT ™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
SPINNING is a 45-minute class that  focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery rides.
Spinning and Sprint are amazing cardio classes that are low impact. With you on your own bike you can be a beginner or an avid outdoor cyclist and take the same class. You push yourself to your level.
