Team Training in a small group setting is an intensely successful and motivating way to work out. Not only do the instructors have more one-on-one time to push each individual, but the small group mentality makes it harder to quit or to slack off, maximizing your time and your results!

Team Training offers small class size and amazing results without paying a premium for "personal" training.

Get Fit Fast with JoAnn
Bootcamp with JoAnn is highly motivating and inspiring.  She pushes her clients to reach their potential. This camp meets for 30 min on Wednesday at 5:30 AM. They focus on weights, plyometrics, and cardio. JoAnn knows how to push you and make fitness fun.

Alpha Beast with Melissa
Alpha Beast is 30 minutes packed with High Energy, High Intensity, and full or inspiration. Choose 2 or 3 evenings a week and Melissa will push you to your limits. She will hold you accountable and motivate you on all levels. You can look forward to increasing your fitness level and be inspired throughout your workout.

Tabata Bootcamp with Jenny
This camp is accessible to all fitness levels. We meet M/W/F at 6 am or Tues/Thurs at 8:45 am for 30 minute trainings. Jen will motivate, inspire, and modify according to each participant. You will be challenged to set goal outside of camp that will build a healthy lifestyle. You will increase endurance, and strength regardless of your current fitness level

JoAnn Schell

My name is JoAnn Schell, and I am a lifelong resident of Idaho. I have been married to my husband Brad for 20 years and we have three boys, Kegan, Braxton and Dylan. I am employed as a Medical Receptionist at an OBGYN office here in Burley. I have been a Fitness Instructor for 18 years and have been with Impact Athletic for the last 9 years. I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I have participated in dance and sports all my life and having three boys, they have been involved in a variety of sports as well. Most of my hobbies involve fitness in some shape or form. My family and I enjoy camping, fishing, snow and water skiing, wake and snow boarding, mountain biking, hiking and being in the outdoors in general. I have always enjoyed Group Fitness classes. As an instructor, my goal is to help motivate my participants to have fun, while getting a great workout. I want the hour in my class to "fly by", because you are having such a great time. I have met so many wonderful people at Impact Athletic, and it has been a pleasure to involved with the Club. I consider each and every one who comes to my classes my friends. I hope that each participant gets the most out of their workout, and can see positive changes in their overall health. I have been able to teach a variety of classes while working at Impact Athletic. I have taught Kick Boxing, Step Aerobics, Gym Fit, Indoor Cycling, Body Blast, Zumba, Group Power and A.M Interval. I am currently certified in AFAA Step, AFAA Group Fitness, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, BTS Group Power and Zumba. I look forward to seeing new faces in class, as well as those of you who already attend my classes. Always remember to have fun and you can reach all of your fitness goals!!

Melissa Rogers

I was born, raised and have resided in Idaho my entire life. I have always had an “interest” for fitness but it has now become a PASSION. I am a NASM(National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. My full time jobs consist of Emergency Medical Technician and Polysomnographic Technologist. I make it a goal to learn at least one new thing every day in regards to fitness/nutrition. I believe my biggest fan and supporter in my fitness journey has been my amazing and patient husband. Without his encouragement and motivation, I would not be where I am today. I hope that I can make at least one person (if not more) look at fitness and nutrition in a different light, and see things that they have not ever been in tune to before, if I can get to at least just one person to have an appreciation and love for fitness and healthy living, I will feel that my fitness journey, passion and knowledge has been worth it!!! I am a huge fan of Life and Fitness quotes, just to name a few of my many favorites: “Be strong when you are weak, brave when you are scared and humble when you are victorious” “It’s you vs. you!!!” “Look Sharp, Act Sharp, Be Sharp!!!” “Life is not about finding yourself, Life is about CREATING YOURSELF” “The worst thing I could be is the same as everybody else, I’d hate that”.
