I am passionate about health and fitness. I have enjoyed working in the fitness industry since 1996. I teach Pilates and I am currently 200+ hour certified yoga teacher. Because I love to learn I am always searching and discovering new and exciting ways to improve the quality of life, and inspire others to do the same.My training focuses on the body and the mind. “Whatever the mind can believe, it can achieve.” My focus is to trains clients by incorporating not only the workouts in the gym, but the choices made outside of the gym for a total Lifestyle transformation.
