Holly Manning has been teaching at Impact Athletic for over 16 years. She grew up dancing, playing softball, and volleyball and always enjoyed being active. She started teaching aerobics her first year while attending Rick’s College in 1995 and has basically been teaching ever since. She has an AFFA Group Fitness Certification and is also certified in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat & Grit, RIPPED, Zumba, High Fitness, Yoga Alliance 200 Hour and has also taught Step and Barre.
Holly is married to her sweetheart and favorite supporter Doug and loves being a mom to her 3 kids. She loves watching her kids do activities they enjoy. Holly loves hiking and being in the mountains. She is a Cosmetologist and also enjoys cooking, sports movies, listening to books, Harry Potter everything, and traveling.
Holly absolutely loves teaching fitness classes. She believes that fitness and yoga can be powerful tools in improving mental health and well-being. Her hope is that everyone that attends feels empowered, connected and happy.
