Starting 10/25 Alpha Beast w/Melissa

Melissa's Alpha Beast trainings will push you to train harder, be consistent and reach your fitness goals through 30-minute intense workouts.

Starting 10/26 Tabata w/Jen

Jen's Tabata training is a type of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) consisted of a 30-minute workout, two days a week, for six weeks that is proven to burn fat, build muscle and increase endorphins.
