Monday Get Movin!
Get Movin! Is a P.E. formatted class where the kids will get to have fun in an safe active
Tuesday Basketball Academy
This class is designed to teach the basics of basketball with 30 minutes of sport specific drills
and conditioning and then 30 minutes of practicing what they learn while playing the game.
Wednesday Intro to Weight Lifting
Weight training is a healthy life long practice; this class is designed to teach the fundamentals
and proper form of weight lifting for youth.
Thursday Sports Conditioning
This class focuses on improving the speed, strength, and endurance of young athletes. It is
designed to help anyone from beginner to experience athlete improve in any sport and become
healthier and more knowledgeable about physical activity.
Friday Volleyball Night
Learn the basics and get to play volleyball weather new to the game or seasoned player it will
be a fun night of bump, set, and spike.
